At Niche Education & Training Ltd we are committed to providing a high-quality learning environment where students can develop their skills under the supervision of experienced professionals. Please note that the services you receive during your visit are performed by students who are in the process of completing their training. As such, clients should be aware of the following:
1. Student Status: The individuals performing your service are not fully qualified professionals but are trainees learning essential skills in a controlled, supervised environment. While they are carefully guided by our experienced Tutors / Assessors, their skills and techniques may not yet be at the level of a fully qualified stylist or technician.
2. Service Expectations: As the students are still in training, we ask that clients understand that the results of services may not be perfect. While we strive to provide the best possible outcomes, there may be slight variations in technique, application, or results compared to those provided by fully qualified professionals.
3. Supervision and Guidance: All students perform services under the close supervision of Tutors / Assessors who ensures safety and quality standards are maintained. If any issues arise during your service, please feel free to communicate with our staff, and we will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
4. Feedback and Cooperation: We value your feedback as it helps us to continuously improve our training programs. We encourage clients to remain patient and supportive of our students as they hone their craft. If you have any concerns during your service, please notify the Tutor / Assessor immediately so that we can make adjustments as necessary.
5. Discounted Rates: Services performed by students are offered at a discounted rate to reflect the nature of the training environment.
By attending Niche Education & Training Ltd you acknowledge and accept that the services provided may not always meet the exact standard of a fully qualified professional, and that you are receiving the service as part of a learning experience for our students.
